First the ball was so far outside you'd need to give it a different address. Then the batter never locked eyes with the pitcher. The pitcher seemed to know not to wait though. I'm guessing this umpire had a vendetta against the batting team... Or maybe the umpire was just awful. I don't know. #softball #softballhighlights #umpire
